The ultra-runner Wissam Kheir will attempt to cross the Lebanon Mountain Trail (LMT) from North to South covering a distance of 450km with 18000m elevation gain in a record time. His aim is to raise funds for the association of 4 Seasons Mountain Trails which main goals are: - Create a trail running community in Lebanon that respects and protects the natural environment - Put the LMT on the global map of trail and ultra-trail races and therefore promoting ecotourism - Improve mental and physical health through trail running

Help Maamrieh's Youth Rehabilitate their Center!
We are ā€œOur Lady of Salvation Youth ā€“ Maamriehā€. Since last summer, we managed to bring life to our village Maamrieh, and bring joy to our community through many entertainment, spiritual and development activities. Even though we started out during the economic crisis in Lebanon, we were able, with our humble financial capabilities and the help of generous donors to execute entertainment activities for children, and organize the summer and Christmas festivals at Maamrieh. Today, we need your help to keep going, as we try our best to create a place where our youth can meet up, share ideas and make plans for future activities. With hard work and dedication, we were able to renovate a part of the old school building in the village, and although it's in need of furniture, it has become a second home where we set up meetings, study together and spend time with each other. Currently, we are looking to transform our common area into a small gym to provide a space where everyone can engage in physical activities, and relieve the haunting stress theyā€™re living with every single day. With your help, we can further develop our beloved village and inspire the new generation to keep the chain going and build a better community and hopefully a better LebanonĀ forĀ usĀ all!
